Users not found

Hi - I'm trying to assign users to issues but no matter who I type, no users are found except for myself. I've added 12 users. I was able to make an assignment earlier in my configuration but now I can no longer do so. It just says "no matches".

Hi Amy,

Can you still see the users in the User browser with all of their groups associated?

Maybe they simply don't have the Assignable Users permission anymore in your project permission scheme.

You may easily check if they have this permission by using the JIRA Admin Helper. :)
