Our organisation recently upgraded from Confluence version 2.9 to version 3.5.13. Upgrades were carried out with the support from Atlassian, but users are still not receiving watch notifications when many of them had subscribed to 'Daily updates' / Space watch in the wiki spaces that they have access to. Have anyone ever experienced this issue before ? What other features need to be checked in ?

Thanks Simon, understand that this was resolved by deleting and re-adding the server settings
