I added the Gmail to IMAP/POP settings and test connections was successful.
Added the create issue mail handler to that mail account and set the default reporter to the same Email. JIRA was able to read my mail box. When I sent Email from my office account(Synced with AD) ticket is getting created. It is not the same when I sent email from regular gmail.
