Using JEMH ad hoc template when issue is assigned by a certain user

Hi there

Is there a way in JEMH to use an ad hoc template and send the notification to the reporter of the issue, once the issue gets assigned by a certain user. So say for example. I have a jira user jirauser@jira.co.za...and if this user logs on..then goes to an issue assigned to him, and reassigns it to personx@my.co.za...then personx should get an email whose contents are found in the jemh ad hoc notifications.

Second question is..how does this AO get populated? i.e. what in JIRA am I supposed to do to be able to populate this AO
