Using 'JIRA Issue/Filter' macro displays custom field as an ID number

Hi Friends,

We have been using Confluence cloud for a couple of years and I have not seen this before. One custom field is not displaying as the names but as the id numbers. I have tested in other spaces with other custom fields and it seems to be unique to this particular custom field. Any thoughts on how to resolve this? Unfortunately, it is one of the more important views seen daily by leadership. :-(

Hi Sharon,

Are you by chance using Portfolio for Jira?   I ask because this is technically a plugin for Jira.  As such I fear that it might be that Confluence is unaware of how to correctly access this data that is being represented differently within jira because this is a plugin.

I have seen similar issues in the past in regards to custom fields that are utilized by some plugins.  They don't always render their data as expected when using something like the Jira issue macro in Confluence.

Please let me know.

Andy
