Hi,
for using Office 365 we want to change to OAuth for outgoing Mail. How can i set up this? I only find the SMTP Settings for Basic Auth, which will be discontinued in Oct 2022 (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/deprecation-of-basic-authentication-exchange-online).
Best
Patrick

Thanks Karel, thats for incoming Mail (which is already set up). We want to configure outgoing mail as well.

Oops :-) We run a local SMTP server that - I think - acts as a bridge between the client (Jira) and the Office 365 relay. I can check for more details if you want to...

Just asked. We use an internal IIS server which forwards the email to the online SMTP relay at Microsoft. All this without authentication; but the online relay does check the origin IP - basically checking that outgoing emails are coming from inside our organisation.
