Using Scriptrunner to write Confluence page content to the linked JIRA Task

Hi guys,

I need your help with the following requirement. 

I have to write/copy the content from a Confluence page to a specific field (f.e. description field) in the linked JIRA issue using Scriptrunner. This should be done automatically after every page update (save). 

Is it possible? Can you help with the right coding?
