Using Webhooks with Microsoft Project Online?

Is it possible, and if so, how, to use webhooks to integrate Jira with MS Project Online?

I'd like tasks updated in Jira (core, software, service desk) to update corresponding tasks within projects in our MS Project Online instance.

i.e. If I assign a previously un-assigned task in Jira, how do I identify its project in MSProject, locate the specific task, and update its assignment within MSProject.

Same questions for tasks around updating time spent on task, remaining work, start/end dates, etc?

Assuming this can be done, can it also be done in the opposite direction?  Update a task in MSProject and have its corresponding task in Jira be updated as well?
