Using tags in custom fields in new Jira issue view

In the new Jira UI custom fields only support plain text, so any tags in custom fields content, e.g. <code> are interpreted as plain text.

We use tags a lot inside custom fields content and really hope this will be fixed asap.

This is, if I understand correctly, a move away from allowing any html tags because they've caused so many problems in the past.  The removal of them IS the "fix"

@NicIsn't this what renderer configuration should be used for? If you don't want tags, you can disable wiki style renderer?
