Hi SMEs
I need some inputs both on agile practice and Jira mapping
Scenario : There is a product A
Team 1 : Product A has Product Management Team comprising of Product Owner and Product Managers
Team 2 : Product A has a Tech Team or engineering Team who implement and release change
Team 1 and Team 2 both collaborate and are tightly couple however stories come from Team 1 to Team 2 at the same time Team 1 also collaborates during UAT of Team 2
Questions
1. What is the best way to handle these teams ? Shoud we have in Jira separate boards and backlogs ?/
2. Should we have a common board however which is the best way to segragate and classify stories ? Should we use components ?
3. Should there be independent active sprints and then a common catch up to sync up between teams as well
Any valuable inputs shall help
Regards
Preem

Then set up two boards. The first would be for the developers and say
The second board is for the implementation team and should be
