VIRTUAL machine image for the entire Stack?

Is there a VMWARE image that will install a LINUX based virtual machine with the entire JIRA / CONFLUENCE / stack? Meaning all products?

Are you looking for a virtual appliance that has everything setup? A quick google seach doesn't show anything. I don't think it would be that hard to make but I wonder the legalty of it...
