Validar al cambiar de estado "EN PROGRESO" => "QA" el campo Registro de hora tenga alguna carga

Problema configure el Flujo de Trabajo para cuando se cambia de estado, solo se puede hacer si se cargo alguna hora, si no, no podría pasar al estado QA,

El problema que falla cuando ya tengo horas cargadas, en lugar de cuando esta sin horas cargadas

¿Qué tipo de proyecto estás usando? Obtenga esa información en la columna Tipo en la página Ver todos los proyectos en el menú Proyectos.

¿Quiere exigir que el usuario registre el tiempo mientras cambia el estado del problema, o se debe permitir el cambio de estado si se ha registrado algún tiempo en relación con el problema en algún momento?

What type of project are you using? Get that information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

Do you want to require the user to log time while they are changing the issue status, or should the status change be allowed if any time has been logged against the issue at any point?
