Validate already existing issue link

Hi,

I want to add a issue linked validator to a transition. I want it to validate already existing issue links. I don't want to add linked issue field on transition screen. JMWE is not helping me. Can you please confirm if this can be achieved?

Hello,

You can achieve this with Script Runner plugin. You can add a simple scripted validator to your transition that checks there is at least one linked issue present. You can check below question for this purpose:
