I have seen that if I upload the bulk issues from CSV, it allows me to do partial upload.
i.e. In case any field which is marked mandatory in JIRA and its value is not present in CSV, that issue will not get import to JIRA and others will make it successfully.
Is it possible to restrict the complete upload in case validation for mandatory field fails?
