Vanilla JIRA Cloud setup - how to get workload report per member?

Hello everyone,

I would like to see a report with workload time for each team member.

I'm using vanilla JIRA setup in the cloud and would rather not use paid plugins, API hooks and what not to extract such data.

Is there no such report in JIRA that would do that? Because the only thing I see is workload by assignee which is seems quite flawed.

I just got a paid add-on that is super cheap and solved the issue although I strongly believe this is super basic functionality that JIRA should cover out of the box. Not talking magic here.
