Velocity Chart - Meaning of Issues completed outside of this sprint

How does the list of "Issues completed outside of this sprint" fit into the calculation for the Velocity Chart? or does it?

What is "Issues completed outside of this sprint" that accompany the Velocity Chart telling me?

Hi @Steve Hooczko ,
I think the list of “Issues completed outside of this sprint” shows the issues that were part of the sprint commitment but were not completed before the end of the sprint. These issues are moved to the backlog and can be completed later. However, they are not included in the calculation for the velocity chart, which only considers the issues that were completed within the sprint duration

If there were any scope changes or estimating errors that impacted the sprint performance, you can find out from the "Issues completed outside of this sprint" section. It will appear in this list and raise the commitment value for the prior sprint, for instance, if an issue was resolved after the sprint concluded but prior to the start of the subsequent sprint. As a result, the velocity chart may appear incorrect because the finished value does not correspond to the higher commitment value.
