To help us answer your question could you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?
Velocity only takes into account story points from Done tickets and also averages over a number of sprints.
Can you confirm that you are using a scrum board with sprints (although the fact that you've mentioned velocity indicates that you are)
Could you also confirm whether the 100 story points overall are all Done or is it just 7 points that are Done? Also how many story points were Done in previous sprints?
Active sprints done story points are 24(total) and not done 476 Story points in active sprint
Overall done story points are 215(total) and not done 567 total story points which are not yet Done

velocity chart shows you story point planned and conpleted for each sprint. Are these 100 story points related to a single sprint?

@Suvarna in that case it is possible that there isn't a problem since velocity doesn't show the total number of Done story points but the average, for example if the number of Story points Done in your last 3 sprints were 9, 7 and 5 then you velocity would be 7 (i.e. (9 + 7 + 5) / 3 )
