Versions depending on component in Jira

Hello!!

I have a project in Jira in which I am the administrator.

I have the project divided into components.

I would like to know if I could set the list of versions dependind on the component I chose, not depending on the whole project.

Is there any way to do so?

No, you need https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-3228 which hasn't been implemented yet. Some very useful workarounds on there though.
