Versions view in Project settings can timeout on large instance

Hello Everyone:) ,

Here we are facing an issue with the versions view in project settings timeout on large instance. As we checked with the vendor there is an Unfortunately this is a known issue that currently being tracked in the following Bug report – on project with large number of versions and issues the release page tend to timeout with the workaround. Please find the workaround for the subjected issue it  may helpful for every one.

Workaround:

Versions view in Project settings can timeout on large instance
Though not ideal for every user, there is a workaround to use the old version page with similar functionality, below.

BASE_URL/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/PKEY/versions
