Video grabbing tool with JIRA integration

We are looking for an add-on which allows following scenario

• User find a bug in a product
• User accesses JIRA and creates an issue
• User selects some operation on the menu 'Capture video'
• This starts a screen recorder (screen-o-matic, snagit ..)
• At the end, the video gets uploaded somewhere and the link is automatically added to the issue

Alternative scenario's are also welcome.  The point is that the user has not necessarily a screen recorder client installed on their machine, so the integration should deliver this functionality.

Is that what you want?

Capture would be ideal but it has no screen recorder capability.
