I'm probably overlooking it, but where is the option to view archived issues within a project via the new navigation? I looked all over and eventually reverted to the old navigation UI in order to access this view.
In the old nav UI, "Archived Issues" was located at the bottom of the left nav area when viewing a project.
I am seeing the same issue. If you look at new issue view I don't see archive issue and we have it turned on. I believe it had to be set up from List view to actually make something archived.
My very first question will be is your project company-managed or team-managed?
Best,
Fadoua

Company-managed. I haven't checked any Team-managed projects, but my guess is that they would have the same issue.
Just confirmed, by reverting to the old nav, the "Archived issues" option is missing for Team-managed projects within the new nav as well.

Actually for the Team Managed you should be able to spot it as shown on my screenshot. Let me check for Company Managed

Here's what I see in one of my Team-managed projects:
Your second screen capture is using the old navigation.

@Gary Spross are you still having this issue? I can confirm you should have Archived Issues in the horizontal bar.

@Michael Letcher, yes, still having the issue. I do not see the "Archived issues" option within the horizontal bar.

@Gary Spross I have my Lab feature enabled and I am seeing Archive issues for both Company and Team Managed projects

@Tinker Fadoua, you say you have the new navigation enabled within your "Jira labs" section, but in the screen capture you shared earlier that was not the new navigation. Can you share a screen capture of you seeing the "Archived issues" option within the new navigation?
I shared screen captures of what my horizontal navigation bar shows and it clearly isn't there.

You are using the old navigation. I can tell because the new navigation doesn't show the project type at the bottom, in the left hand navigation pane anymore. You have to click the ellipses (...) next to the project name to see the project type in the new navigation.

Weird because when I disable labs it tells me you are moving to the old navigation
