View Only Users

We have some Managers that we would like be able to share view only access to specific projects with with, ideally without a license.

I know about anonymous access but that won't work for us as we don't want these projects available to the general public.

They'll need licenses unless you open to anonymous access.

To make it work, setup a custom permission scheme for your projects that grants read access to either a user group or role.  Then assign those managers to that group or role.
