The reporter can NOT see the communications on the page on JIRA,
and he can NOT go into the details of the tasks (stages), he can only see the first page
of the request and the status name (stage name) that the request is landing in.

Is it doable.

No, if you can see an issue, you can see all of it.

Can I hide specific statuses to be appeared for a specific user or group

, in other words can we limit specific statuses to appear for a specific user

No, you can't hide things based on status.  You can control who can change the status by using conditions or validators on the workflow.
