What user permission is required to View the new labels feature Deployments page in Jira Software (classic project)?

 

I have enabled it, and love it, but many of my teammates cannot see that page:

We can't show you Deployments

Either Deployments isn't enabled, or you need permission - contact your project admin

```

What permission do I have to give them?
