One of our employees does not see one of the projects on the list. How to make him see? Of course, he has jira-software permissions. Could it be subject to toll limits?

Hi @Sreenivasaraju P
I don't think it is a question of permissions because so far I have been creating Jira accounts for every new employee without any problems and never before has there been such a problem. Are you absolutely sure that in our case it is not a question of subscription? We have a standard package.

Hi @Marcin Łaś ,

As you mentioned, user has problem with only one project. so mostly it should be problem with permission only.

The case is that there is a problem with access by a user established a few years ago, who had access there, and a new one, which he got a few days ago. Other users founded a few years ago have no problem.

@Sreenivasaraju Pdo you have any idea what it might be?
