View in excel error

Hello,

I have a problem with agile board, on one of our boards there is view tickets, when I try to view them in excel i got this error:

HTTP Status 400 - Could not find any enabled plugin with key jira.issueviews:searchrequest-excel-all-fields

type Status report

message Could not find any enabled plugin with key jira.issueviews:searchrequest-excel-all-fields

description The request sent by the client was syntactically incorrect.


Can someone help me with it or at least show me where to look for source of a problem?

right click menu 'view in excel' is not working.

When I click it, the JIRA Software prompt message as the followed imageCapture.JPG

Which JIRA version do you have?

It also happens to me in JIRA 7.2.1

I seems something related with last JIRA changes (Excel export options have been replaced by general CSV export)...

It seems that you do not have some plugin, requred to create a board. 

Ask you JIRA admin about plugin with key jira.issueviews
