View issue hierarchy report only for Not Done Issue

In Planning board I have used the function Hide Done Issues, and so can see only a Not done Issues :-). But If I try to view a hierarchy report for that issues (from fix Version box in the right column of the planning board), I'll see the report with also the Done issues.

So I think that the function Hide Done Issues is not applied on that report.

It is possible to obtain the hierarchy report of the issues based on filter? For examples: Only Not Done Issues, or custom filter?
