View page doesn't show all fields

this general view page doesn't show the correct fields I want, even though I have added that field to every 'screen' type in admin, and ensured it's not hidden.

When I click on edit from this page, the custom field is in the list is shown in the pop-up window as expected, but this main page doesn't show it.

We're using greenhopper to show card summary overviews, but when someone double clicks on the card, it opens this page, where I'd expect to see all fields associated with the ticket, but many fields are not visible.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance

Do the fields have any data in them?

Jira hides empty fields when you look at an issue.

Aaah, just tested and that is indeed the case. Bit annoying as it precludes in line editing for that field if you can't see it in the first place.
