Viewing dependencies in Plans

Viewing the Dependencies in Plans is not easy.  What I mean is scrolling over the screen is not moving the chart, but making the view bigger or smaller.

To move the overview over your screen if it is to big to see in one overview is not working consistently. You have to click with left mouse tab. But sometimes it works, but sometimes it doesn't work. 

Does any one has the same experience, or can someone explain me how I have to do it.

PS zooming in is not always an option as sometime the text is not readable anymore

I tried it on different screen, machine and mouse. Results everywhere the same.

Inconsistent behavior.  Pressing right mouse button sometimes results in:

Moving the scheme over your screen, the desired behavior.

or

Selecting a few items of lines on the screen, without having the pointer on those items and moving the mouse does not result in moving the scheme over the screen.

Very annoying behavior.
