Hello everyone, everything good?
Guys I need some help. Is it possible to leave the view of a ticket open to all users?
Currently I have this difficulty, because when a tickwet is opened, only the reporter or adding the person in the project will have this view, in my case there are many people over 2k.
Is there any way to create a group or something so everyone can view when needed?
Hi @Rodrigo Xavier ,
Thanks for posting.
Do you want to provide access to this 2K+ people without providing access to Jira Project? Are these people outside your org?
Hello, @Suvradip Paul
Not really, all these people are within the organization.
I don't know if it would be possible to create a group with everyone and give permission only to view tickets or something.

Hi @Rodrigo Xavier , what do you mean by leave the view of the ticket open?
The ability to view an issue is managed through permissions. So if you want individuals to be able to see the issue they simply need to have browse permissions for that project. You will find permissions under project settings.
Can you please provide more information? Are you using company managed or team managed projects?

That's right friend.
I apologize for the short description.
But that's right, every time a user needs to see a ticket I have to give permission to the project.
I would like to know if there is a way to leave all users in a group, so they don't depend on me to give permission.

Well you can setup the default role for all new user to be associated with when they are added, then add that role as Browse permissions and any others you wish.
