Virtual assistant for jira

We are checking for any possibility to add virtual assistant in jira data center. Any ideas please let us know but getting any plugins or any request need to be asked to atlassian for it.

 Please suggest for solution.

We are planning to include virtual assistant( chat bot) for QA to users for any questions which can be answered quickly. Which dont need support from support team

Understood, Zapier has an option to create your own chatbot - I didn't find much about their API's especially their chatbot API. https://zapier.com/developer-platform

Since you are developing this on Server, I assume that you will be using Connect as a framework? Or you are doing it in a different way (the question is if it is technically feasible)?
