Hello,
We currently are integrating Jira with TeamSupport. When we create a Jira Issue from TeamSupport, the only person who has visibility of it is the user that entered the credentials needed for the integration (User name, API Token, Host name, etc).
Can anyone tell me why no one else can see the issues that are coming over from TeamSupport?
