Would like to know if there is a feature, add-on, or if a feature could be built that allows users with permission to set and view user alerts in the Jira ticket system. I did a mock of what I'm envisioning below. Basically an option next to a username or custom field to create a user note. If the note exists, then display a red dot (or other icon). If hover over you hover over, edit, clear, etc. Once cleared, the user will no longer have a red dot display in their tickets.
Visibility would be only for specific Jira groups, so it would be private to that group. Any suggestions, solutions, or somewhat efficient substitutions would be appreciated.
