Vote from e-mail

Hi,

JIRA 6.1.7

I have a filter, I have a subscription, I get an e-mail with issues are listed.

Is it possible to vote on an issue from the e-mail ? That is, update the velocity template to include a Vote button per issue that will update the vote count in JIRA?

or is it possible to setup Outlook mail client Voting via Jelly, so that my e-mail arrives in my in-box and I can Vote on the entire e-mail?
