WARN - Unable to parse date: 21-11-2018

When i try to import tickets through CSV file, I Am facing issues with Date format and date is not added on the created tickets.

Error Displayed : Unable to parse date: 21-11-2018

Please suggest a way for it. My CSV file Date format is Ex : 12-11-2018
