In the below API action for workflow property which ID it indicates to?

Create property     POST /rest/api/2/workflow/{id}/properties

Because workflow doesn't have a ID.

This is the third time you've not understood that the ID is not what you think it is.

Could you please read the documentation again?  There's even sample data in the docs.
