Want to be able filter by Component with dropdown of all added components to board

We need the ability to filter tasks by component using a dropdown menu. This dropdown should display a list of all components that have been added to the project/board, allowing users to easily select and view tickets associated with specific components. This feature will enhance the user experience by streamlining the process of locating and managing tasks based on their components.  Does anyone know how to do this?

Currently there is not a native solution that matches your requirement to have a drop down list. There is a change request for a pre-built filter for Components. You can add your vote to it here:

The work around is to create Quick Filters using JQL. You would have to create a Quick Filter for each Component value.

There might be a third party app in the Atlassian Marketplace that would enhance the filtering for agile boards. I have not actually searched for such an app myself.
