Want to disable the Indexing after every single project import and manually run later

I want to disable the Indexing after every single project import and manually run later once all projects are imported this will speedup the import process and would take lesser time.

The Source and Target Instance are Jira Standalone Server, same version (8.x.x) and same configuration at instance level.

Unfortunately there is not.  There was a feature request for this but it ended up not being accepted.  https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-31577
