Want to have 'Total Amount of Invoice' rather than 'Number of Tickets' in Issue Statistics

Camelia February 20, 2018

Currently the gadget (Issue Statistics) for my Finance Ops dashboard shows 'Number of Tickets' & 'Total of Tickets in percentage' by stages (Under Assessment/New/Reviewed/In Progress/Closed).

What I want is, to show 'Total Invoice Amount' for each stages (Under Assessment/New/Reviewed/In Progress/Closed) rather than 'Number of Tickets'. Could it be done? If so, how?

It should be like this...

Example:-

Under Assessment         1 (Number of Tickets)       $100.50 (Total of 1 Invoice)                0%

New                               3 (Number of Tickets)        $600.00 (Total of 3 Invoices)              1%

Reviewed                       3 (Number of Tickets)        $1000.95 (Total of 3 Invoices)            1%

In Progress                    3 (Number of Tickets)        $400.20 (Total of 3 Invoices)              1%

Closed                           209 (Number of Tickets)    $30525.05 (Total of 209 Invoices)    95%

Total Issues:                  219 (Number of Tickets)    $32626.70 (Total of 219 Invoices)

Urgently need to solve this matter.

Thank you in advance.

Considering that you have to aggregate, usually calc field can't help you

You can try with different solutions.

Custom plugin to sum:

Custom Plugin to make some aggregation or BI

  • Structure plugin (easy to use and well organized), not a BI plugin
  • EazyBI (powerfull)
  • Dataplane (similar to eazybi)

Oh. So, that means I have to use the solutions that you had provided?

Is there any other plugins that are FREE and have the same function?

Will test it out the solutions you had stated for now by using their free trial.

Will be back if there's any problem regarding this.

Thank you very much Sir. Appreciate it.
