Hi @Govardhan Reddy and welcome to the Community!

You tagged your question as related to Jira Data Center. There is only one plan available there, which is one you would host yourself. It would only make sense if you are in an organization with approximately 500 users (or more), as the cheapest license is for 500 users. That does not sound like the right fit for you, based on how you asked your question.

You are probably better off with a cloud plan. You can find a list of features and pricing for the different plans right here. It is self serve, so you can start a trial of any plan from that page.

Thank you so much @Walter Buggenhout  and we have within 10 users so we can go for free of cost with 2GB storage as mentioned in https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/pricing. we can use our professional mail ids and is there any payment details to be filled even though free?

You don't need to provide billing details on the free plan. However, if you surpass the 10 user limit (or other limitations, like the 2 GB storage limit), there is a risk that your account may get suspended if you don't provide billing details then. That's a risk to keep in mind.

yes it should work, just users shouldn't be more than 10

Dear @Prachi Bolar, How about attached screenshot free trial expires in 26 days do we really need to add payment details or we can ignore the alert?
