Was the issue with not being able to add more colors for Epics resolved yet?

A typical project can have way more then 9 Epics. However, only 9 colors are currently available. I read in one post that there was an issue to add more colors as of December 2017 due to the colors being not style. Is this issue resolved now, and if so, how can the new colors be added?

Unfortunately I personally haven't seen any new colors for Epics. 

Looks like they have a ticket open for Server and Cloud.
