When I go to Close out a ticket now (as of 2/7/24), I am unable to see the Ticket Description or drop in any attachments (video or image) in the Close Ticket Window. It looks like this was a change in functionality.

Are you working with issues in Jira Software or Jira Service Management?
Are you closing the ticket from directly within Jira or, for a Service Management project, through a customer portal?
If you are not closing a ticket through the Service Management portal, then the information you see in the Close Ticket window is managed by your Jira Administrators, and you would need to contact them to report the discrepancy.
