Was there ever any development of the ability to export a user's activity stream data, full or part?

I've seen a few feature requests over time for the ability to either report or export a user's activity stream. As our users only work various phases of tickets and are usually not assigned to any set of them, admin needs to see what an employee has been doing in Jira within a certain date, range, or up to all of it.

Wondering if this ever got traction.
