Ways to Implement 2D Scanner for Ticket Creation

Hello,

I'm looking to implement 2D scanning capabilities into my instance so that operators can easily scan an asset and an issue will be created. I'm currently waiting for Forms to be released to Jira SW Cloud, because I'm sure this will simplify my process, but in the mean time I'm having difficulty implementing as is.

My main source of struggle is that when creating multiple issues, after the first issue is created, a little message is generated at the bottom of the "Create Issue" screen saying "X issues created". See screenshot below. This requires an additional "Tab" command for the scanner to reach the "Create" button in comparison to the first issue creation. 

So a couple of questions I have are:

  1. Is there a way to disable that "X issues created" message from the "Create Screen"?
  2. Without the use of forms or other 3rd party form creation tools, what other ways has anyone utilized a 2D scanner in their instance?
