We are getting "Trouble connecting to your boards"

Hi 

Can anyone help with the above error. We were having access to boards in Jira, but for some reason, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCESS THE BOARDS.

We have crosschecked roles, permission and access - there isnt any issue over there

Can anyone help?
