I am getting after login , it will not move on to the usual management pages where i see the various project files i have -

We are seeing the same thing since this morning. We use MS Entra ID as SSO provider. The audit log says that the user logged in successfully. Entra ID sign-in logs say that everything is fine.

Is your tenant SSO setup via EntraID?
