I have customer's who are getting a pop-up in the Service Management portal saying "We couldn't add this comment. Try adding it again in a few minutes", this is every time they try to add a comment to a request through a web browser on their laptop. If they do exactly the same on a mobile device, they can add comments without any errors / problems.
Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?

Could it be resolved after clearing up the browser's cache/cookies or trying on a different browser?

I just tested and it works fine on my Jira Service Management cloud.
I used Chrome.

Thank you for the quick response.
Unfortunately, they have cleared cookies / cache and tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, IE) already.
I will raise a support call. Maybe it is their environment.

I am sorry to learn that the cache/cookies are not the root cause here.
