We couldn't find that customer - Error message

Hello,

When I click on a customer to view details or when I click on "Manage details", the customer detail page open for a fraction of a second and then this message is displayed "We couldn't find that customer" (See attached image).

I have full admin privileges.

Anyone have or had this problem?

Hi @Loic ,

just a guess in case this is not a technical issue: Can you confirm that you have both a valid Jira Service Management license assigned to your user and agent permissions on the project?
Or are you current in the Organization configuration and the error occured there? In that case, my previous suggestion is of course irrelevant.
