We don't use Bitbucket, but some users have access to it

Deleted user August 2, 2022

As an org admin, if I go to Administration > Directory > Managed Accounts, I see that a few users have access to Bitbucket.org, even though we don't have that tool installed anywhere! I don't see a plan name, or even the 3 dots to adjust their product access. I want to make sure that our users don't get confused by clicking on tools that we don't use. What can I do to remove their Bitbucket access?

Hello @[deleted]

Instead of removing bitbucket access you can create one group and assign them to non-billable policy. Please go through below link for more information.

Thanks Mahesh. These users still need access to Jira, Confluence, and Trello. It's unclear from that page, but would assigning these users to a non-billable policy remove their access to our other active tools?
