We don't want to clone sprint information while cloning ticket in jira data center.we are using v9.4.4

Hi @khushboo_puri - I found this information for you. Please give it a try! 

To clone an issue in Jira Data Center without sprint information, you can remove the sprint value from the issue's field using the bulk edit feature in the Issue Navigator:

1. Search for the issues you want to clone in the Issue Navigator
2. Click Tools > Bulk Edit
3. Select the issue and click Next
4. Select Edit Issues and click Next
5. Select Change Sprint and leave the field empty
6. Click Next and follow the instructions to complete the change
